Welcome! My name is Elisabeth, and I am a licensed therapist here in Oregon. 

I believe that we as humans need connection, and need to feel understood. This might mean you are coping with a significant life event, or you just feel frustrated by the day to day task of being an adult with responsibilities. My goal is for clients to feel safe, heard, and accepted in our work together.   My approach to therapy is what would be considered Client-Centered, meaning that I meet the needs of each individual client, each individual session.
