Welcome! My name is Elisabeth, and I am a licensed therapist in Oregon, and Washington.

 

I believe that we as humans need connection, and need to feel understood. This might mean you are coping with a significant life event, or you just feel frustrated by the day to day task of being a human with responsibilities. My goal is for clients to feel safe, heard, and accepted in our work together.   My approach to therapy is what would be considered Client-Centered, meaning that I meet the needs of each individual client, each individual session.
